A Society Trip To Hampton Court Castle
Saturday 8th June 2013 The Kingswood History Society enjoyed their annual outing to Hampton Court Castle near Leominster. We arrived at 11.20am.
Our lunch was booked for 12.30 so just over an hour was spent looking the gardens, lunch was taken and everyone remarked how delicious the food was.
We had a tour of the castle which was very interesting, followed by a tour of the gardens which are extensive, very well planned and quite beautiful.
We left at 5.00pm, arrived home at approx 7.30 pm, with everyone commenting it was one of the best days out they have ever had.
